Caravan Park

Our boutique caravan park in Barcaldine is small, intimate and one of a kind in the region. With only 11 sites the park allows for a quiet relaxing atmosphere with beautiful surroundings and friendly approachable staff to help in any way they can.

The caravan park sites are shaded with trees and the amenities are modern, clean with disabled access.   The park has a gazebo area which hosts seating and free BBQ facilities.  Barcaldine water has been voted the best in Queensland which is accessible from each camp site.

The park is situated away from the highway which helps contribute to an outback experience but is within walking distance to the main street and local attractions.  Lagoon Creek is only one block from Roses N Things Caravan park which is great for bird watching and spotting the local wildlife – kangaroos, emus and brolga.  We also have some tourist information and a small book exchange for the avid readers.

If you want to make the most of the region Roses N Things Caravan Park is the perfect location to make a base for visiting the best attractions in the district.  Such as the Sculpture Trail, Qantas Museum, Longreach Hall of Fame and Lara Wetlands.

A lovely addition to the Caravan Park is Roses N Things has a Tea Garden which hosts beautiful food and a delightful gift shop for you to enjoy.
